At the request of renowned western furniture maker Lester Santos I returned to my home town of Cody Wyoming for this fabulous project with him.

These are ‘in process’ images of a project Nathan Stanely and myself are doing.

The chair, ottoman and side table are constructed of twisted mountain juniper with fine leather upholstery The woodcarving features cherry birds, alder branches and maple leaves.

This piece is currently on display at the Santos Furniture showroom in Cody, WY.

What you see here is the door of a beautiful wall cupboard made by Linda Schuast. It is constructed exclusively of reclaimed wood from her and her husband, Tony’s farm in Delano, MN.

The carving  is pigmented, dyed, and burned to achieve its transparent brilliance and luster.
